Through our Price Match Promise, if you find a lower all-inclusive price for the same itinerary within 24 hours of booking with us on a major OTA (OTAs include: Travelocity, Expedia, Priceline, Kayak, Orbitz), we will match the price and refund the difference.
A "same itinerary" means that every detail of your booking i.e. airline, flight number, travel date, number of passengers, and seat type, departure and arrival location must match exactly.
• The lower price must be available for booking at the time of your claim and should be live on a competitor’s site.
• The claim will be processed by our customer care representatives based on the availability of the lower price.

• Provide your Travelslake booking reference number, details of the lower-priced itinerary (including airline, flight number, travel dates, seat type, and number of passengers), and a screenshot or URL of the competitor’s offer.
• Our customer service team will verify the information. We reserve the right to deny the claims if the request is not verified, or for which you're unable to provide complete information. If the claim is verifiable, we will offer you the option to either retain your booking or receive a refund for the price difference.
• The Price Match Promise does not apply to military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, or vacation package fares.
• The Price Match Promise (PMP) does not apply to corporate or negotiated rates, membership program fares, group or charter fares, or rewards/incentive fares. It also excludes fares offered through special promotions, coupons, or those that are not available to the public. Additionally, tickets purchased through bidding, auction models, or opaque fares (where flight details are unknown until after booking) are not eligible for price matching. It also excludes fare errors.
