Baggage Policy

The passengers can carry hand baggage that must not exceed 10 kg in weight.  Economy class passengers traveling to Europe are allowed one free piece of checked baggage of 23 kg. Option Plus passengers in Economy Class have an advantage of an extra piece of checked baggage of 23 kg.

Club Class passengers have a benefit of an increased baggage allowance. The passengers traveling within Canada or to the South and the US will be allowed two baggage of 25 kg each, while those traveling to Europe will be allowed two pieces of 32 kg each.
